Registration fees (non- refundable).

Grades K-8th - $50.00 (per family) - Complete Enrollment forms (including FACTS form - to be activated on or before July 1st, 2023) 

                           * FACTS will require your credit/debit card information for a payment processing fee.

Tuition:

 > All day K-12th school: $3950.00/yr or $395.00/mo. (10mo. payment plan) 

Financial Aid (scholarships and discounts)

 > Eligible/available scholarships will be applied against tuition before discounts are applied. (Scholarships based on FACTS information) 

Discounts (on remaining balance after scholarships applied): 

 > Multi-child discount

    -- 10 % discount for 2nd and 3rd children

    -- 20 % discount for 4th and additional children

 > Full year payment discount

    -- 5% discount will be given if total yearly tuition is paid in advance by August 15th.

> 5% discount will be applied to all Calvary Chapel Three Crosses Church regular attending families.

> 50% discount available for ordained pastors in active ministry (certificate required and at least one reference).

Other Fees: 

 > Monthly payments are due on or before the 1st of each month. A $35.00 late fee per child will be charged on all accounts not paid by the 5th of each month (even if the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday) and the child will not be allowed to return to school until the account has been paid or arrangements have been made. The first payment is due on or before the first day of school, and the last payment is due on May 1st.

 > A $35.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks as well as the late fee.

NOTE: Regardless of the length of time the student attends the academy, tuition will be owed for the complete semester attended. The monthly payment system is only for convenience. Some exceptions, such as military relocation orders, are considered, nevertheless students attending one or more days in a month will owe for the remaining months in the semester..
